Returns & Cancellations Policy

1. Made-to-Order & Final Sale
At SHIKARDIIZ, we create each bedding set specifically for you. Because every item is handcrafted upon order and tailored to your selected specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once the production process has begun (usually within 24 hours of payment).

2. Sizing Responsibility
Please consult our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. As our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection by the customer.

At SHIKARDIIZ, we take pride in our multi-stage quality control. However, since every set is handcrafted, we want you to feel completely secure with your purchase.
If you notice any manufacturing defect:
Record a short video clearly showing the issue.
Email us at andrijdevety@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Our team will review your claim promptly.
If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a solution that honors our commitment to your sanctuary - whether through a replacement or a full refund.
Please note: As a bespoke studio, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to review our Size Guide before ordering.
